The Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis holiday region is a popular destination for families, which is why many young guests are among our patients.

Our physicians care for children of all ages – from newborns to teenagers – for both acute and chronic conditions. A dedicated children’s treatment room provides a sense of security and a trusting atmosphere. Children are not small adults – they require a special approach, plenty of patience, and age-appropriate medical care.

We also know that waiting times with children can be challenging. Therefore, we designed our waiting area to be child-friendly – with toys and activities that help the time pass quickly.

Our team – many of whom are parents themselves – treats our young patients with great sensitivity and understanding. It is important to us that medical treatments become as positive an experience as possible.

And soon there will be a special extra: our brave young patients will be accompanied by our cuddly mascots Fina & Fips.
