Since 1998, FISSMED has been the first point of contact for all types of injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis tourism region.
Across an area of 800 m², our multidisciplinary team of general practitioners, emergency physicians, specialists from various medical fields, registered nurses, paramedics, and medical assistants provides you with highly professional and empathetic care.
A special characteristic of our facility is the international composition of our team: We speak German, English, Dutch, Italian, and Hungarian, enabling many of our patients to receive treatment in their native language. Especially in medical exceptional situations, this creates trust, safety, and a feeling of being understood.
With a wide range of modern diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, we can quickly identify both common and rare conditions to provide you with the appropriate treatment as promptly as possible.
Competent and welcoming
Dr. med. univ. Christoph Stengg, specialist in orthopaedics and traumatology, specialist in trauma surgery, and specialist in general and family medicine, as well as aeromedical examiner and emergency physician, has been leading the FISSMED specialist medical centre since June 2023. With his many years of experience, he supports both local and international patients in all health-related matters and serves as the only resident orthopaedic specialist in the Upper Court district.
